Welcome to Hemel op Aarde (Heaven on Earth). Purpose-built Orania self-catering accommodation and holiday accommodation in Karoosig, Orania.
Orania's economy is growing despite the miseries elsewhere. Hundreds of people visit Orania every month, either out of curiosity or to see if they want to become part of our unique community.
Karin & Christo Müller made their heart's desire come true in 2020 when they moved to Orania. Orania Hemel op Aarde self-catering accommodation started with two self-catering apartments, but had to grow quickly and now consists of four different accommodation units. It's the result of their investment in the town's dream.
1) Maria - One bedroom apartment with extra bed.
The "Maria" self-catering unit is within convenient walking distance of all the Orania institutions you need to visit to apply for Orania residency. The brand new accommodation unit is fully equipped with appliances including a washing machine and full size fridge. All our units have solar power to cater for Eskom's outages.

2) Paulus - Semi-wheelchair-friendly one-bedroom apartment with extra sleeping space.
This one-bedroom self-catering unit is limited-wheelchair-friendly. See separate photos and please do inquiry if you require wheelchair-friendly accommodation to make sure the facilities are adequate. It's perfect holiday accommodation for singles or families with small children. Spacious, modern one bedroom apartment with loads of extra sleeping space.

3) Dawid - Self-catering Accommodation offers privacy and comfort.
Two separate en-suite bedrooms and two extra pull-out sofa beds for extra sleeping space. Sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Enjoy the spacious open plan living area where you can work, make plans, discuss concepts and even receive guests.
The "Dawid" two bedroom, two bathroom self-catering accommodation unit is well equipped and well located. Make yourself at home while on vacation, or browse Orania jobs and business opportunities. Many guests use our facilities as a starting point for their Orania residency applications. The institutions you have to visit for that are literally less than 300 meters from us.

Orania teems with students who come from far away, and student accommodation is extremely scarce. We offer one residential house with four bedrooms that is rented out to students under direct supervision. The demand is very high and we can only help a few people.
